Swedish Massage
These techniques vary in rate, rhythm and depth and involve the therapist using hands, forearms and elbows to manipulate soft tissues of the body. Reducing muscle tension and stiffness allows for increased blood flow to the muscle and thus decreases pain and increases range of motion.
Deep Tissue Massage
A technique focusing on restoring the deeper layers of muscle tissue, this technique involves slower strokes with firm pressure relieving suppressed muscle tension and increasing blood flow to maintain proper tissue health.
Pre-natal and Post-Natal Massage
A safe, soothing treatment for women in their second and third trimester who are experiencing a normal, healthy pregnancy. Relieves fluid retention and pressure due to weight gain, encourages circulation, promotes restful sleep and helps decrease associated muscle tension and pain. Uses semi-reclined and side-lying positions for massage of back, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, face and scalp.

Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage is a deep, medium or light pressure massage that will remove the tightness from tired muscles and promote a feeling of relaxation.
