Laurie North is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who has been treating clients for nearly 15 years, beginning as a Chair Massage Practitioner in 2006 and later as an RMT in 2009. Laurie uses her hands to feel areas of increased tension, muscle knots and weakness to intuitively treat her clients.

Much of her treatment work is preventative, discovering a client's tension areas such as postural habits or past injury.Laurie intuitively uses Swedish Massage techiques , Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Oncology Massage. Hot stones may also be used if required to assist in releasing deep muscle tension. Laurie strives to educate her each client on what it feels like to be relaxed! 

 

Laurie is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)  and the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She has completed training in Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Geriatrc Massage, Oncology Massage, Chair Massage and Bamboo Massage.

A Kneaded Calm Massage studio is located at 206 Concession St,  Kingston, Ontario, in the Unitarian Place building - just up the street from the Memorial Centre.  Parking available behind building.
